As we define good hotel business quite simple: we are not satisfied and meet our highest standards until our guests leave the house happier than they arrived.”

“I will give here 4.5 stars. First of all what I like about here: 1. friendly and helpful staff, that is always the most important factor to me. 2. Spacious and good view room with a very comfortable bathroom. 3. They have slippers! I mean I stayed at Westin in Munichen once and they don't even provide slippers which was such a bummer, so kudos Parkhotel Heilbronn. 4. Parking was easy and spacious. What I don't like is the the reason why I didn't give a 5 star. It;s a bit noisy to sleep at night in this hotel. I am not sure from where, but there's this low,beating, rhythmic music at night making my sleep at night very difficult. Also the room can be definitely more carefully cleaned. Other than this I am completely satisfied with here and I will highly likely book with Parkhotel again, should I ever come to Heilbronn in the future. All in all, recommended!”

“This was by far the best hotel we stayed in during our three week vacation in Germany and Luxembourg. I came across this hotel and searching a place to stay for visit to the Tripsdrill theme park. Would appealed to us What’s the central location in a park, proximity to transit and short walking distance to the centre. We enjoyed the view of the park from our room and had amazing service from all staff interacted with. We enjoyed one breakfast, and one dinner and we’re impressed with both the execution and the quality of the food. For breakfast, we also enjoyed the nearby bakeries. I highly recommend the park hotel to anyone who needs to see in Heilbronn or vicinity.”

“Probably one of the best hotels in its class in Germany. This hotel lives from its great, friendly and approachable team throughout all areas. It is such a well-made and attentive hotel with georgous rooms, great beds, relaxing bathrooms, French balconies. It so harmonic and timeless that I thought it is a maintained building from the 50s - style and class - but actually the hotel was built in 2020... It is surrounded by a small but beautiful park and is directly connected to a congress centre. It features a beer hall and a recommendable sushi restaurant as well as a sky bar.”
